Functional Occlusal Splints

Functional occlusal splints, often simply termed "occlusal splints" or "bite splints," are dental appliances designed to establish and maintain a harmonious occlusal relationship between the upper and lower teeth. They play both a diagnostic and therapeutic role in the management of TMD, bruxism (teeth grinding), and other occlusal discrepancies.
